In episode four, your DC Movies Podcast hosts – Gregg Katzman, Rose Moore and Chris Doucher – talk all-things Wonder Woman and the recent release of photos from the set. If we’re this excited about just seeing these stunning images, imagine how exciting things will get once an official trailer drops! The DC Extended Movie Universe is about to get a lot tougher with the introduction of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. As you will hear, your three hosts completely butcher the island name Themyscira – apologies to all of your listening ears. We opted to just call it by its other well-known name of Paradise Island.
By the way, according to the internet, it’s pronounced: Them-mes-skera. The movie also co-stars our favorite Star Trek actor, Chris Pine as Steve Trevor. We also go on to talk about what we’d like to see in a future Justice League flick, as well as other DC characters we’d like to see get their own movies or characters that we are simply stoked to see on the big screen sooner rather than later.
