Black Panther Poster Drops, Teaser Trailer Comes Tonight

Start getting excited.  Marvel took to twitter this morning to announce that Black Panther will share it’s teaser trailer tonight during game 4 of the the NBA finals – and to share the first poster featuring T’Challa and Wakanda.  The highly anticipated superhero has been trending on twitter under the Black Girl Nerds created hashtag #BlackPantherSoLit, and the news of the poster and trailer swept the internet prompting excited reactions from fans.  Thanks to recent video confirmation that Chadwick Boseman, the actor behind the Wakandan King, is filming Avengers: Infinity War this news comes at a very welcome time.  Check out the poster below:

Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, King of Wakanda. Joining him are are Micheal B Jordan as Eric Kilmonger, Forest Whitaker, Daniel Kaluuya, Sterling K Brown, Atandwa Kani, John Kani  Angela Bassett as the Queen mother of Wakanda, and Letitia Wright as Shuri, T’Challa’s sister. It also stars Danai Gurira as Okoye,  Florence Kasumba as Ayo, and Lupita N’yongo as Dora Milaje popular characters from the World of Wakanda comics.  The film also stars Martin Freeman, and Andy Serkis.
