Get ready to see a lot more of Yo-Yo in Agents of SHIELD Season 5! Deadline broke the news that Natalia Cordova-Buckley who plays the fan-favorite speeding Inhuman has been promoted to series regular for the upcoming season.
Jed Whedon, Maurissa Tancharoen, and Jeffrey Bell, executive producers of the series, said this in a statement about upping Buckley to full-time status.
“Natalia is a powerhouse in her work and in her daily life, and she has imbued one of our favorite characters with her natural strength and humor. Natalia was instantly a part of the S.H.I.E.L.D. family the first day she walked onto set, and we’re happy she’s now an official member of the S.H.I.E.L.D. team.”
The cast and executive producers will be attending this year’s New York Comic-Con on Saturday, October 7 between 2:00 – 3:15 PM at the Theater at Madison Square Garden.
