Fans who have been patient to find out whether or not Hulu drama Runaways is being renewed for a third season, shall be getting an answer soon. Per the Hulu Content Chief Craig Erwich, at the ongoing TCA Winter Press Tour for Hulu, said today that they are expected to make an announcement for the series soon.
“We’re really happy with the performance of Runaways, both creatively and in terms of its performance and we’ll have an announcement shortly.”
Given the major cliffhangers the season finale ended on, a lot of things have already been set up for a potential third season. Now it’s just a matter of when instead of if we are getting a Season 3.
“Every teenager thinks their parents are evil. But what if they really were? When six L.A. teens stumble onto a terrible secret, they realize their parents have been lying to them all their lives. But what are their parents after? And why? While the kids investigate, the adults start to wonder if their kids are hiding secrets of their own.
