SDCC 2019 – Arrow Interview: Stephen Amell On Final Season & Crisis On Infinite Earths

Season 8 of The CW drama Arrow, the show that started the whole Arrowverse will be the final installment of the series as Green Arrow gears up for one final adventure. With the massive Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover, one of the biggest DC stories coming to screen happening, Arrow is going out with a bang. At this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, the cast and executive producers of Arrow were present to preview the final season that will arrive in October. The Flash Podcast took part in the press room this year to discuss with the actors and executive producer on what to expect in Season 8. One of the talents that were present was Oliver Queen himself as Stephen Amell chatted with the press about things to look forward to in the new season. Things that Amell talked about included: *His feelings right after the final Arrow panel at Comic-Con *How he is looking at the Arrowverse going forward with the end of Arrow. *Whether or not he thinks there will be an opportunity to have him and Grant Gustin (Barry Allen/The Flash) work together one last time before the crossover event. *How Oliver will function without Felicity Smoak now that Emily Bett Rickards has left the series. *The strong possibility that Oliver will get to meet his daughter Mia from the future. *What he is going to miss a lot as he is leaving a big legacy behind him.
