According to a report confirmed by Variety, actor Owen Wilson is the latest to join the upcoming Loki series.
Tom Hiddleston will reprise his role as Loki along with newcomer Sophia Di Martino.
Wilson’s role in the series is still undisclosed.
The actor is best known for starring in comedies such as Wedding Crashers, Zoolander, and the animated Cars franchise. He will next appear in Wes Anderson’s upcoming film The French Dispatch.
Not much is known about the show, however, Kevin Feige revealed that the events of the series will tie into the upcoming film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Executive producer Stephen Broussard also revealed a time travel aspect to the show in a Disney Plus special.
The show is currently in pre-production as revealed by a post to Tom Hiddleston’s Instagram.
