Our third day of the #CarterCountdown brings interview clips from Chad Michael Murray. For a few months now, Murray has been reminding us on twitter that his character, Jack Thompson, is back with the tag #Jackisback. And boy is he! Jack Thompson is now Director Jack Thompson and oversees the New York City branch of the Strategic Scientific Reserve.
