During the second part of TMR’s press room coverage for Marvel’s Luke Cage, TMR and other outlets were able to interview Theo Rossi (Sons of Anarchy, When the Bough Breaks), who plays Shades and Head of Marvel Television, Jeph Loeb.
In the comics, Shades has the ability to shoot powerful blasts from his eyes via a special visor. The series however, keeps the tone set by Daredevil and Jessica Jones. He also has an extensive history with Luke in the comics which will be interesting to see if they use that to its full potential in the series.
Among the topics covered are Marvel’s approach to the Netflix series, Rossi’s character and his motivations, production in New York and more. Watch the video below:
