Yesterday Variety broke news that the Flash film is getting a re-write. In the past year DC’s speedy superhero movie has lost two directors and only cast three positions.
With star Ezra Miller being involved with Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, and still on the hunt for a director WB has taken this time to rework the script of the scarlet speedsters movie. Joby Harold has been tapped to complete the task. Harold has worked with WB before and most recently King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.
This will mark the third time the script has been reworked for the film, hopefully the powers that be and the fans are happy with the results when the movie finally comes out. The Flash was originally slated for a March 2018 release, but it seems that that delays will push the date back, no word on a revised date for the movie.
In the mean time fans of the Scarlett Speedster and catch his adventures on the CW as The Flash television show is going strong having just been renewed for a fourth season.
