Variety broke the news that Peter Dinklage is in talks for a key role in Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War. Peter Dinklage is well known for his role as Tyrion Lannister on Game Of Thrones.

The plan is shoot the next two “Avengers” films (“Infinity War” and a yet untitled sequel) back-to-back. Sources indicate Dinklage is expected to appear in both.
Don’t fret, Game Of Thrones fans! The filming schedule for Infinity War doesn’t conflict with any filming for Game Of Thrones.
Peter Dinklage is no stranger to Marvel comics characters, he played Trask in Fox’s X-men: Days Of Future Past. However this will be the first time Peter will be appearing in the MCU. There’s not many details on exactly who Peter is playing aside from it’s a key role.
There is no official word from Marvel yet. A synopsis for Infinity War has also yet to be released, nor has an official cast list from Marvel. However we do know returning heroes from the MCU will be facing off against Thanos.
