4. Embracing Their “Inhumanity”
Showrunner Scott Buck has promised us a character driven show. We can’t wait to see what this means for how the characters interact- especially with their different powers and abilities. To an Inhuman, Terragenesis reveals who they are. It’s no coincidence that Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennett) left behind her name “Skye” after meeting her parents and going through Terragenesis herself. She was finally embracing her identity.
The Inhumans are larger than life figures who have a long history in the MCU. Fans have waited for years for Black Bolt (Anson Mount) to don his iconic helmet (a must for the character) and for Medusa (Serinda Swan) to use her hair to subdue her enemies. Between that, Crystal (Isabelle Cornish), Triton (Eme Ikwuakor), and Karnak (Ken Leung), we need to see the Inhumans doing Inhuman things and have rich characters that tie their personalities and powers together.
