#2 Angelina Del Toro
Angelina Del Toro is one of my favorite creations of the Bendis era of Daredevil. In the comics she was a federal agent that eventually figured out that Matt Murdock is Daredevil after her uncle was killed shortly after Murdock was about to prove his innocence. She would also later become the second person to take on the mantle of The White Tiger. What makes Angelina slightly more unique than the other ladies on this list is that we already know she exists in this universe. Jessica Jones gave her name as a recommendation to Luke in Jessica Jones season 1. I think Angelina and Matt would make a great team. She could play a role similar to Commissioner Gordon in the Batman mythos. As an investigator and possibly former federal agent she may have the connections that could help Matt take down bad guys both as Matt Murdock and as Daredevil. I would prefer her to start off in a civilian role then slowly build her up to her comic book counterpart, much like what they’ve done for Misty Knight.
