While details regarding the film have been kept heavily under wraps, director Simon Kinberg  did take to Instagram to reveal that principal photography wrapped on the upcoming X-Men: Dark PhoenixFollowing that, we’ve got a new image from the set of the film featuring one of the clappers used during production. While this isn’t a huge deal, the image does reveal that Academy Award winning cinematographer Mauro Fiore worked on the next installment in the franchise.

Fiore won the Oscar in 2010 for his work on James Cameron’s Avatar and has since gone on to work on films such as Training Day, Smokin’ Aces and The Equalizer. Set in the 1990s, a decade after the events of X-Men: Apocalypse, the film adapts “The Dark Phoenix Saga” comic storyline, seeing Jean Grey lose control of her abilities as the Dark Phoenix, forcing the X-Men to fight her while the alien empress Lilandra seeks to capture and destroy her.

X-Men: Dark Phoenix hits theaters on November 2, 2018.
