Tobias Whale’s sister is coming to Black Lightning! Deadline reports that Edwina Findley (If Loving You) is set to recur as Tori, sister of Krondon’s Tobias Whale in the first season of the upcoming DC drama. Warner Bros. TV and The CW describes Tori as follows:
“Tori, the beautiful and cunning younger sister to Tobias Whale. Tori’s charming nature is just a facade as she can be just as deadly as Tobias, an exciting threat to the people of Freeland.”
Findley is one of the several new recurring characters that are coming to the show. Jill Scott was recently cast as the DC Comics villain Lady Eve while Kyanna Simone Simpson as Inspector Henderson’s (Damon Gupton) daughter.
“Jefferson Pierce (Cress Williams) is a man wrestling with a secret.
