Good news for fans of Gwen Stacy aka Spider-Gwen aka Ghost-Spider. The new 22-minute animated special Marvel Rising: Chasing Ghosts will premiere on Wednesday, January 16 at
Marvel Rising: Chasing Ghosts features the return of Dove Cameron (“Descendants 3”) and Booboo Stewart (“Descendants 3”) in the brand-new special that follows fan-favorite Ghost-Spider teaming-up with the Secret Warriors to bring down the villains Sheath and Exile for good.
This version of Gwen Stacy first appeared in Marvel Rising: Initiation. Although she is a slightly different version of the character than you might have seen in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and the comics, this Gwen has a lot in common including her powers and role as drummer in the band The Mary Janes.
