Season 8 of The CW drama Arrow, the show that started the whole Arrowverse will be the final installment of the series as Green Arrow gears up for one final adventure. With the massive Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover, one of the biggest DC stories coming to screen happening, Arrow is going out with a bang. At this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, the cast and executive producers of Arrow were present to preview the final season that will arrive in October. The Flash Podcast took part in the press room this year to discuss with the actors and executive producer on what to expect in Season 8.
One of the talents that were present was producer/director James Bamford as he chatted with the press about things to look forward to in the new season. Things that Bamford talked about included:
*How many episodes he is directing in the final season and whether or not he is directing one of the crossover episodes.
*If there is anything left on his list that he has wanted to do before the series comes to an end.
*His hopes of putting together a director’s cut from his episodes of things that haven’t been shown on air.
*The journey this show has taken him on from starting out as the stunt coordinator to becoming a producer and director on Arrow.
