Prior to its upcoming Comic-Con @ Home Panel, fans can watch new clips from the upcoming Marvel’s 616 docuseries.
Check out two new clips as well as the official show description.
The first clip is from episode 2 directed by actor/director Gillian Jacobs, which features the women of Marvel Comics and their contributions to more inclusive storytelling.
The second clip is from episode 4 directed by comedian Paul Scheer and focuses on the forgotten characters of Marvel.
“Marvel’s 616” explores how Marvel’s rich legacy of stories, characters and creators exist within the world outside your window. Each documentary, helmed by a unique filmmaker, explores the intersections of storytelling, pop culture, and fandom within the Marvel Universe. Films in this anthology series will cover topics including Marvel’s world-spanning artists, the trailblazing women of Marvel Comics, discovering the “forgotten” characters of Marvel, and much more.
The Marvel’s 616 panel will air Thursday, July 23, 1:00 p.m. PT and feature directors Gillian Jacobs, Paul Scheer and executive producers Sarah Amos and Jason Sterman
