Disney has once again moved the release of Black Widow due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The film will now hit theaters on May 7, 2021, a full year after its originally planned release date of May 2020.
Two other Marvel Studios films also announced new release dates.
Eternals, directed by Chloe Zhao, moved from February 12, 2021, to November 5, 2021.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and starring Simu Liu, moved from May 7, 2021 to July 9, 2021.
So far the rest of Marvel’s Phase 4, including Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (November 5, 2021) and Thor: Love and Thunder (February 18, 2022), have kept their previously announced releases.
