Cast members Jaz Sinclair, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Hamish Linklater, and showrunner Michele Fazekas took the stage for the exciting panel, which was moderated by franchise fan favorite cast member, P.J. Byrne.
The season will pick up on old dynamics as well as some new ones. While fans may be eager to see how Jordan and Marie’s relationship progresses, the characters also deal with the fallout of Cate Sam betrayal as well as the introduction of Dean Cipher (Hamish Linklater) who wants to clean up Godolkin.
Fans of The Boys will also want to tune into Season 2 of Gen V as it will reveal what the resistance to Homelander’s takeover of the government looks like and reveal the fates of a few of those characters.
The panel also debuted the Season 2 trailer, which reveals the supes are back at Godolkin after their confinement and may have to work together again. The biggest shocker of the trailer was the appearance of Annie January (Erin Moriarty) who gives Marie a mission to stop the mysterious “Project Odessa.”
Black Noir and The Deep will also appear in Season 2.
In addition to The Boys cast members, the trailer also revealed that Ethan Slater will appear in flashbacks as the university founder Thomas Godolkin.
