Everybody’s favorite A-holes are coming back – sooner then expected. The Guardians of the Galaxy have dropped pure awesome into our lives once again and we couldn’t be happier. They’ve dropped a ton of brand new goodies for us today – as pure awesome people do.
First off, we’ve got a brand new poster for you and let us tell you that this is a must for any Guardians of the Galaxy fan and any poster collector. I’m already jonesing for one – and I literally just saw it!
Secondly, A new TV spot has dropped during the superbowl revealing brand new footage for fans to get even more excited over (and we’re pretty darn excited already). Depicting brand new footage and a brand new song from awesome mix volume 2, this TV spot seems to offer brand new locations as well as a spotlight on the brand new additions to the team – Yondu and Mantis. While Yondu made his initial appearance in the first Guardians of the Galaxy, he’s a team member from before Peter took over the team. Mantis is a classic character who also has a long history with the group, and her character is expected to become important to Drax, the muscle bound warrior from the first film.
