Legion Shares New Clip Of David Haller ‘Sharing’ His Past

Legion has premiered to multiple accolades from critics and The Marvel Report alike.  While people had to watch and rewatch the pilot multiple times, everything from the sets, characters, and story shone.  Make sure to check out our review of Chapter One before checking out this brand new clip.

The promise of control isn’t to be taken lightly, if you’re a mutant or suffering from mental illness.  Melanie Bird’s Jean Smart seems able to recognize it, but is David prepared to accept her teachings? What new mutants will be introduced in doing so – and will they have the same tragic history as Lenny and Syd?  The show’s approach to mental illness has been extremely well thought out and it would look like the next episode will take us deeper into that abyss.  What might that entail? Legion offers us a look at that as well.

We’ve got a cast of really fun characters to play with for one and Legion is clearly a TV show in a state of flux.   Take a look at this more concrete preview painting a world that’s both very real and very unreal – yet also very respectful.  Legion released this second clip detailing just what’s coming and giving us more of Noah Hawley’s mind-bending visuals and a few more story details.  Can David trust Jean Smart? Only time will tell.

Even amid the respect and beauty it doesn’t loose sight of the whimsy either as seen in more of the storybook pages from David Haller’s life.  Do they represent portends or hints of things to come?
