Ken Leung (Lost, Star Wars: The Force Awakens) has been cast in ABC’s Inhumans. Leung will be playing Karnak, Black Bolt’s cousin. Marvel broke the news today.
Karnak is not only Black Bolt’s cousin, but one of his biggest admirers. He has the ability to see fault in all things; so he is often the Royal Family’s planner and philosopher, and Black Bolt’s strategist.
Marvel:
“Marvel’s Inhumans” explores the never-before-told epic adventure of the royal family including Black Bolt, the enigmatic, commanding King of the Inhumans, with a voice so powerful that the slightest whisper can destroy a city.
Executive producer, Jeph Loeb, had this to offer Marvel about the casting of Ken:
“Ken brings both a wisdom and a power to the role that no one else could match. His Karnak will be awesome,”
Ken Leung joins Iwan Rheon, Anson Mount, and Serinda Swan as the cast continues to get rounded out.
Inhumans airs on ABC in September of this year. The first two episodes will be available exclusively in IMAX. The show will have an 8 week on ABC.
