Toys R Us will have several exclusives appearing at this years New York Comic Con. These will be available at the convention and at Toys R Us stores and website.
Marvel and Mattel are working together to bring the Madame Alexander Fan Girl dolls to life. There are five coming out now and they are 13.5″ fashion dolls inspired by Black Panther, Iron Man, Captain America, Spider-Gwen and Black Widow.
All Fan Girl Barbies except Black Panther will be priced at $49.99. Black Panther is much more detailed and therefore is priced at $79.99.
Jakks Pacific is bringing an exclusive Tsum Tsum to the convention. An armored Black Panther with a metallic finish will be available for $10.
Funko has two Toys R Us exclusives coming to NYCC. Baby Groot with the explosives button from Guardians of the Galaxy 2 will be there. 
A 12″ plush Lockjaw will also be available only through Toys R Us for $24.99.

At the time of posting Groot has been sold out online.
