Season 8 of The CW drama Arrow, the show that started the whole Arrowverse will be the final installment of the series as Green Arrow gears up for one final adventure. With the massive Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover, one of the biggest DC stories coming to screen happening, Arrow is going out with a bang. At this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, the cast and executive producers of Arrow were present to preview the final season that will arrive in October. The Flash Podcast took part in the press room this year to discuss with the actors and executive producer on what to expect in Season 8.
One of the talents that were present was Black Canary herself as Juliana Harkavy chatted with the press about things to look forward to in the new season. Things that Harkavy talked about included:
*Whether or not the two Black Canaries will get to team-up again in the final season.
*What the chances are that Dinah will get to train up more Canaries in the present or future storyline.
*Her hopes for a Birds of Prey TV show following Arrow’s end.
*How big of an honor it has been for her as a woman of color to get to come in and play Dinah Drake.
*How excited she is to get to take part of the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover for the Arrowverse.
*If she got to write it, what would she see as the ideal ending for Dinah.
*Whether or not she would ever want to direct and how excited she is to have Katie Cassidy-Rogers as her director in episode 3.
