On the last day of CinemaCon, April 3, the hotly-anticipated Walt Disney Studios presented an exciting line-up featuring sneak peeks including the live-action version of “Lilo & Stitch,” “Thunderbolts*,” “Freakier Friday,” the new “Fantastic Four,” and more.
Disney, once again, allowed press to take photos from the press area, which made the presentation even more thrilling. Lindsay Lohan looked incredibly healthy and happy alongside her co-star, Jamie Lee Curtis, as they promoted “Freakier Friday.”
After that, Jeff Bridges and Jared Leto graced the stage after a really wonderful light show for “Tron: Ares.” Elle Fanning teased her role in “Predator: Badlands,” a new, very different entry into the “Predator” franchise. Jeremy Allen White and Jeremy Strong came out in somber fashion to talk about the Bruce Springsteen film, “Deliver Me from Nowhere.”

The presentation kept moving at a fast pace, hitting every emotion possible. Eliciting the most cheers was Marvel Studios with Kevin Feige discussing “Avengers Doomsday” at length. Principal photography is set to start soon on the project. Some of the “Thunderbolts*” cast showed up seemingly from the casino floor. Julia Louis-Dreyfus, David Harbour, Florence Pugh, Hannah John-Kamen, and Wyatt Russell have fantastic camaraderie as they talk about their film coming May 2, 2025.
Nothing delighted the crowd more than seeing a female Silver Surfer and pregnant Sue Storm in the CinemaCon exclusive look at “The Fantastic Four: First Steps.” If the crowd’s noises were anything to go off of, Marvel Studios has another mega-hit on their hands this summer.
Pixar and James Cameron rounded out the presentation with looks at the adorable “Elio,” the hilarious “Zootopia 2,” and the sweeping, expansive world of “Avatar: Fire and Ash.”
