When Lego Marvel’s Avengers was released earlier this year some wondered if we’d ever see a certain web slinger glide his way into the game.
Wonder no more because in a surprise update to Lego Marvel’s Avengers, Spider-Man and his amazing friends swing in to the game today! The free update includes six playable Spider-Man characters including the Civil War themed Spider-Man voiced in game by actor Tom Holland. New characters included in the pack are:
Spider-Man Character Pack:
· Spider-Man (Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War)
· Spider-Man (Peter Parker)
· Spider-Man (Mile Morales)
· Spider-Girl
· Iron Spider
· Scarlet Spider
Unlike the previous Civil War character pack that was PS4 exclusive, the Spider-Man update is available on all platforms.The Spider-Man character pack joins recent Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, The Masters of Evil DLC level packs and Avengers Explorer, Avengers Adventurer, Thunderbolts and Civil War character packs. The Lego Marvel’s Avengers season pass which includes all of the packs for free is available for $9.99.
Lego Marvel’s Avengers features playable story lines and quests from the six of the MCU’s films, TV shows and comics. It’s available now on the PS4, PS3, Vita, Xbox One, XBox 360, Wii U, 3DS and Steam.
