One of Phase 4’s most anticipated films of all time is the trilogy finale to Peter Parker’s franchise, Spider-Man: No Way Home, which will bring even more Multiverse action into the MCU, which will be a major component going forward. As we’re almost a month away from the film’s release, Sony has finally released a brand new trailer for the third installment in the web-slinger’s franchise, coming shortly after the studio revealed the film’s first poster, which confirms the return of Green Goblin. DISCLAIMER: Be aware of some potentially big spoilers – you have been warned!
“For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a Super Hero. Spider-Man: No Way Home , starring Tom Holland as Peter Parker, Zendaya as M.J., Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan, Marisa Tomei as May Parker, J. K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson, Alfred Molina as Otto Octavius/Doctor Octopus, Benedict Wong as Wong, and Jamie Foxx as Max Dillon/Electro, releases in theaters on December 17.
Jon Watts directed the movie, based on a screenplay by Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers, which was executive produced by Kevin Feige, Amy Pascal, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, JoAnn Perritano, Rachel O’Connor, Avi Arad, and Matt Tolmach.
