We are less than a month away from the highly anticipated second season of DC Universe’s Titans which is going to take the Teen Titans drama to the next level. In preparation for the new season, DC Universe has unveiled a brand new synopsis for Season 2 which also confirms that along with Curran Walters (Jason Todd), the series has promoted Conor Leslie (Donna Troy/Wonder Girl), Alan Ritchson (Hank Hall/Hawk), and Minka Kelly (Dawn Granger/Dove) as full-time cast members!
But that is not all as DC Universe officially confirms the rumors of the Titans Tower making its live-action debut! Catch the synopsis below.
“In season two, following the aftermath of their encounter with Trigon, Dick reforms the Titans. Under his supervision in their new home at Titans Tower, Rachel, Gar and Jason Todd (Walters) train together to hone their hero abilities and work together as a team. They are joined by Hank Hall and Dawn Granger aka Hawk and Dove (Ritchson and Kelly) and Donna Troy aka Wonder Girl (Leslie). Although these original Titans attempt to transition into a regular life, when old enemies resurface everyone must come together to take care of unfinished business. And as this family of old and new Titans – including Conner Kent (Orpin) and Rose Wilson (Zhang) – learn to co-exist, the arrival of Deathstroke (Morales), brings to light the sins of the old Titans which threaten to tear this new Titans family apart once more.”
But that’s not all! We also have official promotional images and the synopsis for the season premiere that is appropriately titled “Trigon” which you can see below. The episode was written by executive producers Geoff Johns, Akiva Goldsman, and showrunner Greg Walker, with Carol Banker directing.
“The season two premiere episode follows directly after the apocalyptic events of last season’s finale. With Rachel’s father, Trigon (guest star SEAMUS DEVER) having successfully turned Dick dark, he sets out to win the others over to his side by embracing their inner darkness. With everyone under Trigon’s control, Rachel and Gar find themselves fighting what seems like a hopeless battle against the powers of Trigon.”
