Despite being a prominent member of the X community in comics, Alison Blair, also known as the mutant pop star Dazzler, has yet to make her live action debut. There were rumors of Taylor Swift playing her in Days of Future Past and an April Fools prank that said Lady Gaga would play her in that film as well.
I could see this classic character on the show in one of two ways. The first is to have her looking like her classic pop star self. She could reoccur on the show as a well-known pop star that secretly funds the group of mutants. The other way I can see it has her as a bigger presence on the show. In this version, she would have her modern, punk rock look. I could see this version being older. She would be a former pop star who was disgraced when she was ousted as a mutant. This version I could see being a friend for the mom character, or perhaps the mom could even be a fan of Dazzler’s music.
